AKTI LDA (Tax ID 510430481), located at Travessa Dom Dinis 7A, 2805-133 Almada, Portugal, is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the Dashboard.PT platform.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address and, optionally, tax identification number for billing purposes.
- Anonymous analytics: we use our own analytics system that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not identify users.
- Technical data: browser type, operating system and device type, collected anonymously and in aggregate.

- Provision of the contracted service (dashboard creation and management)
- Billing and compliance with legal and tax obligations
- Service-related communications (alerts, technical notifications)
- Service improvement through anonymous and aggregate analytics

Hosting and transfers
All data is hosted on servers located in Europe, in a jurisdiction with an adequacy decision from the European Commission for data protection.
Data retention
Account data is retained while the account is active. After account closure, data is deleted within 30 days, except where the law requires its retention.
Cookies
The Dashboard.PT platform does not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies. We only use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication.
