These Terms of Service govern the use of the Dashboard.PT platform, operated by AKTI LDA (Tax ID 510430481), located at Travessa Dom Dinis 7A, 2805-133 Almada, Portugal. By registering and using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Description

Dashboard.PT is a data visualization, monitoring and alerting platform that allows users to create dashboards, configure alerts, monitor URLs, schedule cronjobs and receive notifications. The service is provided online and accessible through any web browser.

Account Terms

You must provide true and complete information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities on your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account.

Billing and Payments

Plan prices are listed on the pricing page and may be updated with 30 days prior notice.
Paid plans can be billed monthly or annually. The annual plan includes a 20% discount.
Selected plans include a 7-day free trial period, with no credit card required.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access is maintained until the end of the billed period.
No refunds are issued for partial periods of use.

Data and Privacy

Acceptable Use

Do not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Do not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform or other users' data.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the service.
Do not resell or redistribute the service without prior written authorization.

Termination

Either party may terminate the use of the service at any time. After account closure, data will be deleted within 30 days, except where the law requires its retention.

Limitation of Liability

Dashboard.PT is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall AKTI LDA be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms, the courts of Almada, Portugal shall have jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with 30 days prior notice by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
